Personalized midwifery care from a licensed professional midwife includes all of your prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. We offer homebirth, pregnancy care, waterbirth options, and postpartum care. For a full list of what is offered with our midwifery care please see the midwifery section. Craniosacral Therapy/Myofascial Unwinding
Infant CST/MFR, Prenatal and Postpartum CST/MRF, Adult CST/MFR
A gentle way to restore balance within the fascia, we’ll balance the muscles, which will realign the bones, and we’ll free up the flow of nerves, blood, and energy channels within the body. During pregnancy and birth, this helps create space for the baby to enter the pelvis allowing for a more comfortable birth. CST/MFR is beneficial in assisting newborns to start off life balanced and centered. We see benefits in those babes with ties, TMJ, torticollis, spitting up, nursing issues, and more.

Placenta Encapsulation
Investment of $300.
We understand that once your precious baby is born finding time to deliver the placenta to us could pose a challenge. We will pick up your placenta and drop off the finished product for an additional $.50 a mile from Bemidji, Minnesota. Pick-up and delivery options are available so don’t hesitate to contact Steph and discuss options.

Birth Planning Session
The session cost $125 additional session is offered at $25 an hour. Planning includes additional resources needed per client and a planning worksheet to get organized. Read the full description of birth planning here.

Lactation Services
All lactation investments include a follow-up phone call or email, more information, and resources if necessary. As well as a text messages and phone support from Steph. All lactation investments are collected at the time of services.

The Complete Childbirth Education Course
The course investment is $375. We ask for a $50 deposit to hold your place and order materials. We like to keep classes personal, so space is limited to 6 couples. Classes have filled up, up to a month beforehand. Register as soon as possible to guarantee your spot is held.

Spinning Babies® Parent Class-$150
The course investment is $200. Investments include the full 3-3 1/2 hour class. All handouts, labor quick reference guide, and E-Book. No need to take notes during this active class. Just show up ready to learn, connect and balance your body. Learn more about this class here.

#2 Stork Doula Package $800

- One prenatal appointment. We will accompany you to a care provider visit if you wish.
- Attendance to your birth and support for 2 hours afterward.
- One prenatal visit.
- One additional visit that you decide how to use. Whether prenatal or postpartum, the choice is yours.
- Discounted placenta services, and childbirth ed options.
- All clients receive support from our Spinning Babies Parent Educator to provide ease & comfort in pregnancy & labor.
- All clients receive lactation support from our Certified Lactation Counselor.
***A travel fee may be applicable to clients outside a 60 mile radius.***
